Part One: Christian Conroy is a graduate student at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy, and one of the finalists in the annual Public Policy Challenge hosted by the University of Pennsylvania. Their idea is called Leveraging Libraries – a solution to some adult education problems, by pairing adult literacy and career services with child tutoring or child care services – at libraries.
