Governor Sununu and DHHS Commissioner Shibbinette have issues Crisis Standards of Care Guidelines that mean that will ration “scarce critical care resources such as ventilators and critical care beds.” In the richest country in the world, rationing healthcare on ableist, racist and sexist lines falls beneath our spiritual, moral and constitutional values.
