We interview Mel Goodman, who has written extensively about the military and intelligence complex, and how it wastes money without producing tangible results. Instead, the United States is involved in multiple endless wars that do not gain anything. We are wasting money on weapons and systems that do not work against current threats. We discuss the recent announcement of the “Israeli-Palestinian” peace plan, which was developed without the participation of the Palestinians. The amount of money that is being spent in these types of activities, and the follow on wars is huge, with no effect. Instead, the American people are losing civil liberties. We talk about the draft, and the volunteer army, and how this is benefiting the military-intelligence complex.

We focus on the upcoming caucuses, to determine the Democratic nominee for president. the various candidates are discussed, and their respective standings in the current polls. The effect of the Corona virus is also mentioned, and how this might affect the election, and the economy here and abroad.
