Part One: Nathan Proctor heads the Right to Repair campaign with USPIRG. He joins us to talk about his recent piece at CNN, “Let Us Repair Our Stuff.” We look at why we need to be able to repair our stuff and who wants to stop us.

Part Two: Gilles Bissonette is the Legal Director at ACLU NH. He tells us what our rights are at non-border immigration checkpoints. Checkpoints can be set up within 100 miles of a border – and are being conducted with increasing frequency in a number of states. There have been two so far this year on I-93 in NH, and as many as four more are planned. In a state that relies heavily on tourism, these checkpoints send a message that isn’t exactly welcoming.
