Part Two: Mark Joseph Stern writes about the courts and law for Slate.com. He’s also a great out of state reporter on NH issues. Mark joins us to discuss his new piece, “Trump Crony Proves Widespread Voter Fraud Doesn’t Exist.” The Trump crony is the NH Secretary of State. The recent investigation into GOP claims of “busloads of voters from Massachusetts interfering in NH elections” is an incredible read, complete with incredible numbers from Kris Kobach’s Crosscheck program, which flagged 94,610 individuals as potentially double voters. The entire population of the state is 1.3 million. On the basis of that flagging the Sec. of State illegally ordered town clerks to remove voters from the checklist without informing them. You couldn’t (and wouldn’t) make this story up.
