We note the fight over who can get a mail-in ballot in Texas amid the pandemic. Meantime, some Democrats in Dallas have filed a criminal complaint against AG Ken Paxton – they claim he’s misleading elections officials about who qualifies for a mail-in ballot amid the COVID-19 pandemic. There is much to change about Texas’ attitude toward vote by mail.

We discuss the upcoming election, and what Biden can do to appear more presidential than Trump. The courts have proven to be political apparatchicks, and subverting judicial principles at all levels, bringing up opinions not rooted in the law. What should be done?
