Part one: Scott Braddock, Editor of the Quorum Report

Karl Rove has called the election for Biden, even though Trump will not acknowledge this, and continues to file suits. Whatever recounts occur, the outcomes will not change the result. The courts have not found any evidence of voter fraud.
– Sen. Cruz is among those arguing the election isn’t over and Trump should fight it out in the courts; Sen. Cornyn says Trump can do that but it’s a steep uphill climb
– Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick offers up to $1 million for evidence of voter fraud
– Maybe Patrick can afford to do that because he was only contributing $101.94 each to Texas House GOP candidates in tough races
– The Texas House has a new presumptive speaker: Dade Phelan of Beaumont, Texas is a conservative but has a history of standing up to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick
– Meantime, Texas GOP Chairman Allen West says presumptive Speaker Phelan is a “political traitor” because he has pledged to work with Democrats
– Trump is taking on Murdoch. The plan appears to be to start his own (Trump’s) media company.

part two:
Bill Curry, former aide to Bill Clinton, twice candidate for governor of Connecticut

The topics include:

How Trump exemplifies fascism. His refusal to acknowledge a duly elected Biden, and to not cooperate with the process of transition, along with the threats he represents are ominous. He is a global fascist, and must be called out for this. It is important for us all to name what is happening, and how those who support Trump now must hate democracy. It is incumbent on us all to label his movement for what it is, and keep repeating this. Language matters. Progressives must start to use clear language to state truth. No slogans that are meaningless.

But, will Trump have the time and money to restart his campaign, as he appears to want to do? He will be busy with his debts, various legal problems, and attempting to raise more money.
