Part Two: On September 13 the NH legislature will be in session to override the governor’s vetoes. One of the bills that is getting a great deal of attention would continue ratepayer subsidies for biomass plants around the state, as well as a trash burning plant in the state capitol. The bill is being presented as necessary to the economy of the northern part of the state. The pressure is on to override the governor’s veto – but should they?
